薄芝糖肽局封联合他克莫司乳膏治疗局限性硬皮病皮损VEGF及TGF-β1的检测

摘　　要：目的探讨薄芝糖肽局封联合他克莫司乳膏治疗局限性硬皮病(SP)的作用机制。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测32例LS皮损治疗前后皮损VEGF及TGF-β1的表达,15例正常人皮肤组织作为正常对照。结果 LS治疗前VEGF及TGF-β1的表达分别为96.88%及90.62%,明显高于对照组,治疗后VEGF及TGF-β1的阳性表达率分别为62.50%及34.37%,明显低于治疗前的表达;病程2年内的患者治疗前VEGF及TGF-β1的阳性表达分别为95.83%及91.66%,治疗后阳性表达分别为58.33%及37.50%,两者对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2年以上病程,治疗前VEGF及TGF-β1的阳性表达分别为100%及87.5%,与治疗后表达的75.00%及25.00%对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF及TGF-β1与LS的发生、发展密切相关,病程早期治疗较好。Objective To investigate the mechanism of BoZhi glycopeptide local blocking and tacrolimus cream joint treatment for localized scleroderma. Methods The levels of VEGF and TGF-β1 of 32 LS patients were detected by immunohistochemical technique （ SP method） before and after treatment. Skin tissues of 15 normal people were used as control. Results Before treatment, the expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 were 96.88% and 90.62% , respectively, which were significantly higher than the control group. After treatment, the positive expression rate of VEGF and TGF-β1 were 62. 50% and 34. 37%, respectively, which was obviously lower than that before treatment. For patients with 2 years of history, the positive expression rate of VEGF and TGF- β1 were 95.83% and 91.66% before treatment, 58.33% and 37.50% after treatment. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. For those over 2 years, the positive expression rate of VEGF and TGF-β1 were 100% and 87.5% before treatment,75.0% and 25.0% after treatment. There was no significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion VEGF and TGF-β1 are closely related to the occurrence and development of LS. The patients who have been treated in the early stage would achieve better effects.
