复方利多卡因乳膏治疗慢性局限型湿疹37例随机、双盲对照的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价外用复方利多卡因乳膏治疗慢性局限型湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、阴性药物平行对照实验。将入选的72例慢性局限型湿疹患者按随机、双盲原则分为两组,治疗组37例,对照组35例。治疗组外用复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组予无药物成分的乳膏基质外搽,疗程4周。分别于治疗前和治疗第1,2,3,4周记录病情积分,于疗程结束后评价临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗4周后,治疗组病情评分下降情况优于对照组病情评分下降情况(P<0.01),且治疗组有效率(67.56%)也优于对照组的有效率(8.57%,P<0.01)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论外用复方利多卡因乳膏治疗治疗慢性湿疹疗效好,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound lidocaine in the treatment of chronic regional eczema. Methods A randomized, double blind study was performed in 72 patients with chronic regional eczema. Patients were divided randomly into treatment group （ N = 37） and control group （ N -- 35） . Compound lidocaine was used for the treatment group and placebo cream was used for the control group for 4 weeks. The severity scoring, efficacy of treatment and the adverse reactions were evaluated after 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the severity scoring in the treatment group was significant lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate was 67. 56% for the treatment group and 8.57% for the control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） between the two groups. ]3oth groups did not show drug - related side effects. Conclusion Compound hdocaine showed good efficacy and safety for treating chronic regional eczema.
