摘  要:目的探讨重症患者输液外渗致皮肤损伤的相关危险因素和预防措施。方法回顾性分析2011年3月-2014年3月本科住院患者中因输液外渗致皮肤损伤患者的临床资料,包括患者的性别、年龄、病情危重程度评分、外渗药物种类和输液部位、时间及方式等,单因素分析其相关危险因素。结果重症患者输液外渗致皮肤损伤与患者的性别和年龄无相关性(P>0.05),与其病情危重程度评分、外渗药物种类、输液部位、输液时间、输液方式及患者的依从性有相关性(P<0.05)。结论病情危重程度评分高、输液时间长、使用输液泵、静滴血管活性药及高渗透压药物、下肢静脉输液和依从性差的重症患者会增加输液外渗的发生率,应加强该类患者的护理观察和及时对症处理。Objective To study severe skin peripheral extravasation injury related risk factors and preventive measures. Methods During March 2011 and March 2014 patients with skin lesions caused by infusion extravasation were retrospectively analyzed to obtain following data: gender, age, degree of critical condition ratings, drug exosmosis types, infusion site and time. The single factor analysis and the related risk factors were analyzed. Results Severe skin lesions and peripheral extravasation were not correlated with patient's age and gender (P 〉 0. 05). Critical condition degree score, drug exosmosis type, infusion site, infusion time, infusion method and patients" compliance were correlated ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In a critical condition degree score is high. The infusion time, infusion pump, the static drop tube and high osmotic pressure of drugs, lower limb venous infusion and the critically ill patients with poor compliance increases the incidence of peripheral extravasation. Should emphasize nurse's observation and provide symptomatic treatment in a timely manner.
