2009-2013年曲靖市女性性服务工作者艾滋病哨点监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析曲靖市2009—2013年女性性服务工作者艾滋病性病流行趋势、干预服务及相关行为变化情况。方法对曲靖市2009—2013年各哨点的女性性服务工作者开展行为学问卷调查．并进行HIV、丙型肝炎和梅毒抗体检测。结果共监测5050人，艾滋病知晓率为96．25％～98．75％％；HIV阳性率（0．95％-0．17％）和梅毒阳性率（2．10％-0．83％％）均逐年下降（P=0．026；P〈0．01）；HCV阳性率为1．33％～3．25％；最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率为97．42％～99．33％；最近1个月安全套坚持使用率为88．57～97．33％，呈逐年增高（P〈0．01）；干预服务接受率（96．75％-99．83％）和同伴教育率（77．00～99．58）均逐年上升（P均〈0．01）；注射吸毒率为0．17％-0．83％。社区药物维持治疗和清洁针接受率为0—0．29％。结论曲靖市女性性服务工作者艾滋病知晓率较高，HIV阳性率和梅毒阳性率逐年下降，干预服务接受率逐年增加，但存在一定的注射吸毒行为，且干预不足。Objective To analyze AIDS epidemic trend, change of intervention services, and related behavior among FSW in Qujing City. Methods The FSW were asked to fill behavior questionnaire, take antibody testing for HIV, hepatitis C virus and syphilis in Qujing City FSW sentinel during 2009 to 2013. Results A total of 5050 FSW were investigated. The rate of AIDS awareness was 96.25% - 98.75%. The rate of HIV positive （0.95% - 0.17% ） and the rate of syphilis positive （2.10% - 0.83% ） were decreased （P = 0. 026 〈 0. 01 ）. The rate of HCV positive was 1.33% -3.25%. The condom use rate in the last 1 months was 97.42% 99.32%. The rate of insisting using condoms was 88.57% - 97.33%, and increased year after year （P 〈 0.01）. The rate of intervention （96.75% - 99.83% ） and the rate of peer education （77.00% 99.58% ） increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of injection drug use was 0.17% -0.83%. The rate of community drug maintenance treatment and clean needle acceptance was 0 - 0. 29%. Conclusion The rate of AIDS awareness rate was higher among FSW in Qujing. The positive rate of HIV and syphilis positive rate decreased year after year, and the rate of intervention service acceptance increased year after year. But there are some injection drug use behavior and lack of intervention.
