淀粉浴联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症82例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察淀粉浴联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的168例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,治疗组84例予淀粉浴联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗,对照组84例仅予润燥止痒胶囊治疗,对两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗第4周以及治疗结束后2周时进行疗效评价。结果 162例完成治疗随访,治疗组有效率为84.15%,复发率为20.29%;对照组分别为56.25%,77.78%。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,治疗组3例、对照组2例出现轻微腹泻。结论淀粉浴联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的疗效好,不良反应少,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of starch bath combined with Runzaozhiyang capsule in treatment of elderly skin pruritus. Methods A total of 168 elderly patients with skin pruritus were randomly divided into two groups： 84 to treatment group receiving starch bath combined with Runzaozhiyang capsules and 84 to control group receiving Runzaozhiyang capsules only. All patients were evaluated before, at 4 weeks during treatment, and 2 weeks after the completion end of treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. ResultsOf total patients, 162 patients accomplished the study. The efficiency and relapse rates were 84.15% vs 20.29% in the treatment group and 56.25% vs 77.78% in the control group, respectively. Differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. During the course of the treatment,3 patients in the treatment group and 2 patients in the control group had mild diarrhea. Conclusion Combination of starch bath and Runzaozhiyang capsules is effective for elderly skin pruritus and has little side effects and low relapse rate.
