摘 要:用气相色谱、红外光谱、化学分析等方法分析了癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)的理化性能,并在异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯/端羟基聚丁二烯(IPDI/HTPB)推进剂中进行了不同批次DOS样品的应用试验比较。结果表明:同等条件下,残留醇含量较高的DOS制备的推进剂抗拉强度显著低于残留醇含量较低的,表明DOS中残留醇含量是影响HTPB推进剂力学性能的主要因素。残留醇含量可用DOS的羟值来表征,在DOS质量分数为3.0%的HTPB推进剂中,羟基含量每增加1×10–5 mol/g,固化参数需相应提高0.04~0.05。The physico-chemical performance of diisooctyl sebacate(DOS) was analyzed by using the methods of gas chromatography, infrared spectrum, chemical analysis and so on, and the application tests for different batches of DOS samples in the isophorone diisocyanate/hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene(IPDI/HTPB) propellants were compared. The results show that the tensile strength of the propellant prepared by using DOS with high residual alcohol content is significantly lower than that with low residual alcohol content under the same conditions, which shows that the residual alcohol content in DOS is the key factor affecting mechanical performance of HTPB-based propellants. The residual alcohol content can be characterized by the hydroxyl value of DOS. In the HTPB-based propellant with DOS mass fraction of 3.0%, the curing parameter needs to correspondingly increase by 0.04~0.05 when the hydroxyl group content increases per 1×10–5mol/g.
