摘　　要：作为当前中国的知识生产活动与当代中国社会发生关联的最主要的制度化途径,一种单维的、仅仅以公共财政经费的拨付与成果验收为核心内容的"知识-社会"关系模式既没有对认知过程本身予以充分考量,也没有把对知识的社会后果的反思性调控纳入其制度安排中,由此造成了现实中知识与社会的"双重失却"。而这样一种现状,提出了应用治理思维的必要性。As the main institutional way of connecting knowledge production with contemporary Chinese society, the appropriation and acceptance of public finance funds, which constitutes a kind of knowledge--society relationship model in current China, neither gives the full consideration of the cognitive process, nor takes the reflexive regulation of the consequences of knowledge into its ar- rangements; on the contrary, it leads to the ＂double weightless＂ of both knowledge and society. Such a status quo calls for the application of the governance approach into further analyses.
