摘　　要：横滨正金银行作为第一家进驻中国的日本特殊银行,在日俄战争时,根据日本政府的指令,通过银行业务积极辅助了日本的战争。具体包括:代理日本国库业务,对以三井物产为代表的、与日本政府关系密切的商人进行贷款,协助战争;正金银行在华各支店积极兑换军票和维持军票价值;通过银行汇兑业务,奖励输出汇兑和控制输入汇兑,并认购日本政府贷款。正金银行的活动对于日俄战争中日本的胜利发挥了重要作用,同时,日俄战争也直接促成了正金银行成为日俄战后东北地区的"中央银行"。Yokohama Specie Bank, as the first special bank introduced in China, energetically afforded the aid for war at the Japanese government＇s command by its bank business and activities during the period of the Russo-Japanese War. YHB involvement included., as agent for the Japanese national treasury and loaning to Japanese businessman such as Mitsui Corporation. who had close connection with the Japanese government, so as to help for war; its branches in China actively exchanging military notes and maintaining its value; encouraging output-exchange and controlling input-exchange by bank remittance as well as subscribing for Japan government loans. Yokohama Specie Bank played an important role in Japan＇s victory in the Russo-Japanese War.
