摘  要:为实现新井生产系统开采老井剩余的资源量,同时缩短建井工期,提出提高首采区开采上限,根据采区参数调整首采区工作面长度,并优化联系巷道布置方式等方法。通过调整,充分利用了老井已形成的巷道系统,大幅减少了首采面巷道掘进工程量,可缩短建井工期3个月,提高首采区的资源回收量;首采面布置方式优化调整还可提高矿井首采区开采能力的储备,降低首采区开采的安全风险。To exploit the rest resources of the old mine by using the production system of new shaft, and shorten the period of building shaft, the following ways were put forward in this paper, firstly, improve upper limit of mining of first mining face, then, adjust the length of working face in the 1 st district, and optimize the arrangement mode of roadways, and so on. Through the above adjustment, the formed roadway system can be fully used,which can greatly reduce the engineering quantity of roadway drivage on first mining face,and can shorten the building period for 3 months. The optimization of the roadway layout of first face also can improve the reserved ability of the first mining face ,reduce the security risks of it.
