摘　　要：氮杂糖作为最重要的糖模拟物之一具有多种重要的生物活性和潜在的应用价值。本文就近年来氮杂糖类免疫抑制剂的研究进行综述,主要从合成方法和免疫抑制活性评价两方面进行介绍。Iminosugars,as an extremely interesting and versatile class of carbohydrate mimics,possess various biological activities and application value. This review w ill describe the recent advances in the field of iminosugars as immunosuppressive agents,and both chemical and biological aspects concerning their preparation and / or occurrence in nature as w ell as their immunosuppressive properties w ill be discussed.
