摘  要:采用PCR-RFLP方法对369头大白猪胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3,IGFBP3)基因G3695A位点的多态性进行检测,并分析了不同基因型与4个生长性状的关联。结果显示:大白猪IGFBP3基因G3695A位点的杂合度(H)和多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.488 5和0.396 2,GA基因型和A等位基因的频率最高;GG基因型达30 kg,100 kg体重日龄显著短于AA和GA基因型(P〈0.01);30~100 kg日增重最大(P〈0.01);GA基因型100 kg体重背膘最薄,显著低于其他两种基因型(P〈0.01)。IGFBP3基因G3695A位点与大白猪的生长速度和背膘厚存在显著关联,具有一定的实际应用价值。The substitution G3695 A within insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3( IGFBP3) gene were identified by PCR-RFLP in 369 Large White breeding pigs,and the effects of 3 genotypes( GG,GA and AA) on 4 growth traits were analyzed. The results showed that heterozygosity( H) and polymorphic information content( PIC) of the locus G3695 A were 0. 448 5 and 0. 396 2,respectively,and the frequencies of genotype GA and allele A were the highest. Days to 30 kg and 100 kg body weight of genotype GG were significantly shorter than those of genotype AA and GA( P〈0. 01),and average daily gain( ADG) of 30 ~100 kg of genotype GG was the highest( P〈0. 01). The backfat thickness at 100 kg body weight of genotype GA was significantly thinner than that of the other two genotypes( P〈0. 01). The mutation G3695 A of IGFBP3 gene was significantly associated with growth speed and backfat thickness in Large White pigs,which could be a valuable marker in the practical pig breeding.
