摘　　要：为高效完成通用航空飞行计划申请过程中飞行计划的受理、审核、存储、报批等工作,提出一种通航飞行计划申请受理系统的设计与实现方法。根据通用航空的特点,采用基于数据库的状态管理法管理飞行计划申请受理流程中各环节的工作,采用差异化的状态循环图分别处理审批和报备这两类适用于不同类型空域的飞行计划,利用专门的接口层处理互联网、短信、电话、传真和柜台等多种方式的灵活受理和反馈。测试结果表明,采用该方法设计和实现的通航飞行计划申请受理系统能够满足通航飞行计划申请过程中的各项需求。A design and implementation method of flight plan acceptance system for general aviation was presented to accept,check,store and report flight plans effectively.A state management method was utilized to process all steps of flight plan acceptance procedure based on database.Differentiated state cycle diagram was employed to manage two categories of flight plans for flight mission in different types of low-altitude airspace.An interface layer was established to deal with the flight plan acceptance and feedback in different ways such as internet,short message,telephone,fax and counter according to characteristics of general aviation.The demonstration of flight plan acceptance system developed with the presented method indicates that the system satisfies all requirements in the general aviation flight plan application.
