摘　　要：文中以农产品物流经营主体为研究视角,分析了当前我国农产品物流运行的主要模式,指出企业应根据内外环境变化情况,结合物流功能对企业的重要程度及自身物流能力的变化,将AHP层次分析法引入到物流决策中,不断评估、调整企业的物流运行模式。为我国涉农企业进行农产品物流运行模式的选择和决策提供参考。Based on the main body of agricultural products logistics management, this paper analyzes the main mode of agricultural products logistics operation in China, it points out that enterprises should according to their own internal and external environment changes, the logistics status, the change of the logistics capability, continuously evaluate and adjust their own mode of logistics operation. The AHP is introduced into the logistics decision-making, it provide reference for selection and decision of logistics operation mode of agricultural products for China’s agricultural enterprises.
