摘　　要："挑战杯"是目前国内影响最为广泛的大学生科技创新活动,在引导和促进学生科学思维、创新精神和实践能力等方面具有重要的意义.分析"挑战杯"科技活动的现状及制约因素,探讨构建科学合理的长效发展机制,将有助于高校从顶层设计出发,稳步推动学生创新创业能力发展.The ＂Challenge Cup＂ is the most widely attended college students, which had important influences on guiding innovative scientific and technological activities for the and promoting the students＇ scientific thoughts, inno- vative spirits and practical abilities. Investigations of the status, restricting factors and developing directions as dis- cussed, will be quite beneficial for top-level design on the constructions of scientific and reasonable models to pro- mote the development of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
