服用乙胺丁醇导致视觉损害49例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨乙胺丁醇引起视觉损害的临床特征及其防治措施。方法：回顾性分析2005年到2014年在济源市疾控中心结防所就诊的49例服用乙胺丁醇后引起视觉损害的肺结核患者临床资料及转归。结果：49例患者停用乙胺丁醇后,经对症处理,47例在10~45天视觉症状消失,1例住院治疗4个月后恢复,另外1例出现不可逆性损伤。结论：视觉轻度损伤患者停药后可自行恢复,重症患者需要进行相应治疗,部分患者有可能出现不可逆性损伤,应引起医务人员的注意。Objective：To analyze the visual impairments caused by ethambutol and discuss the preventions of tuberculosis.Methods：we investigated the clinical features of the visual impairments caused by ethambutol.Results：After withdrawal of ethambutol,among 49 patients,47patients recovered from visual impairments after symptomatic treatment,1patient recovered from visual impairments after hospitalized for 4months,the other case didn＇t recover from visual impairments.Conclusions：After withdrawal of ethambutol,medical personnel should pay great attention to the irreversible visual impairment in some patients although mild visual impairment can be spontaneously recovered and even severe visual impairment can be cured after symptomatic treatment.
