壳聚糖纤维/棉混纺纱的浆纱配方及其上浆性能

摘  要:针对壳聚糖纤维/棉(20/80)混纺纱毛羽多、耐磨性差的缺点,选择氧化淀粉为主要浆料,制定了两种浆纱方案,一种为含有PVA的浆料配方,另一种为含有少量乙醇胺的浆料配方,讨论了两种浆纱工艺条件对混纺纱性能的影响.结果表明,含PVA的配方中,较高的PVA含量与含固率有利于浆纱性能的改善,但当PVA含量过高时,再生毛羽增加、耐磨性降低;不含PVA的配方中,随着乙醇胺含量的增加,浆纱毛羽指数和减伸率先变小后增大,含固率增加,上浆各项性能指标提高,但当含固率增加至12%时,上浆性能降低,该方案的上浆效果稍差,但可满足织造要求.故壳聚糖纤维/棉混纺纱上浆配方中无PVA是可行的,当其含固率为10%、乙醇胺占氧化淀粉的质量分数为6%时上浆效果最好.To resolve the problems of chitosan fiber / cotton(20 / 80)blended yarn such as greater hairiness and poor wear resist-ance,select oxidized starch as main sizing composition and two sizing formulations were designed. The one contains PVA,the other one contains little ethanolamine. The influences of sizing process on blended yarn performance of two sizing formulations were analyzed. The results showed that increasing solid content of sizing and the content of PVA helps the improvement of performance of sized yarns in sizing formulations with PVA,and high content of PVA will cause the increase of reborn hairiness and the decrease of wear resistance. In sizing formulations without PVA,hairiness index and elongation reduction rate of the sized yarns decrease first and then increase with the increase of ethanolamine,and adding a small amount of the solid content benefits the improvement of the quality of the sized yarns. When of the solid content reaches to 12% the sizing quality degenerates,the sizing performance of this formulation is a bit poor,meet-ing the requirements of weaving process. It is feasible to size chitosan fiber/ cotton blended yarn without PVA,and sizing has the best properties when the solid content is 10% and the content of ethanolamine based on weight of oxidized starch is 6% .
