摘 要:选用氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氢氧化锌、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠为原料,水热合成镁铝和镁铝锌水滑石.设计正交实验,考察了物料配比、碱用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对PVC热稳定性能的影响,并对合成产物进行了XDR、TG-DTA表征,所合成水滑石具有较好的晶体结构.实验结果表明:水滑石制备条件对PVC热稳定性能的影响顺序为物料配比>碱用量>反应时间>反应温度,当n(Mg):n(Al):n(Zn)=3.5:1:0.2时,镁铝锌水滑石初期着色好,长期热稳定性高,抑制"锌烧"效果显著.Magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, zinc hydroxide, sodium carbonate and sodium hy- droxide were selected to bc used as the raw materials of Hydrothermal Synthesis of MgAI-CO3LDHs, MgAIZn- CO3LDHs. Influences like material ratio, alkali quantity, reaction temperature, reaction time, on the thermal sta- bility of PVC were investigated with orthogonal test, and then characterized nature of synthetic product. The XDR and TG-DTA results showed that hydrotalcite structure was in good condition, the sequence of hydrotalcite preparation conditions on the performance of the thermal stability of PVC is material ratio 〉 alkali quantity 〉 re- action time 〉 reaction temperature, if n (Mg): n (Al): n (Zn)= 3.5:1:0.2, then MgAlZn-CO3LDHs has good initial coloring, long-term thermal stability and inhibition of the "zinc burning" effect is significant.
