摘 要:根据矿区生态环境的特点,以世界经合组织(OCED)提出的"压力-状态-响应"(P-S-R)框架理论为指导,构建了既适合遥感监测技术定量评估又能较好表征矿区生态安全信息的评价指标体系,针对矿区开采地区空间地物的复杂性,提出了指标数据源遥感化的概念,基于"高分一号"卫星遥感影像为主的多源、多时相、多分辨率遥感数据源,实现了多尺度目标监测与评价技术。以井陉矿区为例,进行矿区生态安全评价研究,评价结果符合实际情况,表明该研究可为维护矿区及其周边生态环境的原生平衡、引导矿区资源的合理开采与利用提供技术支持。According to the features of mining area environment,an evaluation index system of ecological security,representing mining area ecological information as well as suitable for quantified evaluation by remote sensing,is constructed based on the OCED(Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development)proposed " Pressure-State-Response" framework model.Aiming at the complexity of spatial ground objects in mining area,a concept of " remote sensing informatization for index data source" is put forward,which is to increase the proportion of remote sensing based index data,to realize a yearly or even monthly monitoring of mining area.Based on Gaofen-1satellite imagery and other remote sensing data,remote sensing inversion methods of different index are discussed and multi-scale objects monitoring and evaluating technology are realized.Taking Jingxing mining area for example,the reasonable result of mining area ecological security evaluation shows that the study can provide support to maintain the original balance of mining area ecological environment and to guide the reasonable exploitation of mine resources.
