省属高校集中优秀师资开展法律硕士教育的思考——以长江大学为例

摘　　要：在全面推进依法治国战略的背景下,社会对高层次法律人才的需求将进一步增加。长江大学取得法律硕士授予权,开展法律硕士专业教育,将为法治湖北建设提供更多、更好的人力支持。应根据长江大学的校情,制定并实施符合学校特点的法律硕士点发展规划,在培养通用司法人才的同时,注重紧贴学校优势学科,把培养行业精英作为目标定位。In the background of comprehensively promoting the strategy of governing the country according to law,the demand of high level legal talents will be further increased.Yangtze University has obtained a master＇s degree in law,carrying out the law Master＇s professional education will provide more and better human support for the rule of law in Hubei. According to the situation of Yangtze University, We should develop and implement the development planning of law Master＇s point in accordance with the characteristics of the school.In the same time,the training of general judicial personnel,focusing on the advantages of the school discipline, putting the cultivation of the industry elite as the target location.
