妇科肿瘤患者对病友联谊会需求情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的：调查妇科肿瘤患者对病友联谊会的需求情况。方法：2011年5月～2013年8月对200例参加病友联谊会的妇科肿瘤患者通过问卷调查，对患者年龄、文化水平、需求情况等进行数据采集分析。结果：现场回收有效问卷共192份（占96．00％）。认为参加病友联谊会可以获得疾病相关知识占61．46％，对治疗影响较大的因素为经济因素占53．65％，对疾病最担心的问题为疾病复发占65．63％，希望获得的知识为疾病与预后相关知识占68．23％，希望通过增加病友会频率为每月1次占51．04％。结论：患者可以通过病友联谊会获得帮助，扩充疾病相关知识，改善心理状态，并和谐医患关系，增强患者对医院的信任，值得继续开展及推广应用。Objective：To investigate the demand of gynecological tumors patient for patients fraternity .Methods：Self-made questionnaire was used to get gynecological tumors;age,educational level,requirement of Patients fraternity,etc.Then analyze the information.Results： Site altogether 192 valid question-naires （representing 96.00%）.Consider participating in the association can get disease patients accounted for 61.46% of knowledge,for the treatment of larger factors accounted for 53.65% of the economic factors,the disease was most worried about disease recurrence accounted for 65.63%,hope the knowl-edge gained for the disease and prognosis accounting for 68.23% of knowledge,hopes patients will increase the frequency of a monthly accounting 51.04%. Conclusion：Gynecological tumors can get help by patients fraternity,expand the knowledge of disease,improve the psychological condition,and made the doctor-patient relationship harmonious,enhance the trust of the patients to the hospital.Patients fraternity is worth popularization and application.
