创伤骨折患者家庭动力学与习得性无助感的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨创伤骨折患者家庭动力学与习得性无助感的关系,为骨科护士对患者进行家庭评估及发挥家庭的潜在作用提供参考意见。方法:对162例创伤骨折患者运用"系统家庭动力学自评量表"和"习得性无助自评量表"进行测试。结果:系统家庭动力学和习得性无助感的均分分别为(2.38±0.41)分和(2.33±0.39)分,家庭动力学和习得性无助感呈显著性相关。结论:创伤骨折患者家庭动力学呈较好状态;习得性无助感较低;家庭动力学与习得性无助感有显著性的相关关系,骨科护士应继续发挥家庭的良好作用以减少患者的习得性无助感。Objective：To investigated the relationship between family dynamics and learned helplessness among patients with traumatic fracture ,for the nurse in department of orthopedics with the patients to evaluate family function and develop the potential role of family to provide the reference .Methods：162 Cases of patients with traumatic fracture was investigated by self-rating family dynamics scale and self-rating learned helplessness scale.Results：Systemic family dynamics and learned helplessness average was （2.38 ±0.41） points and （2.33 ±0.39） points,family dynamics and learned helplessness was significant-ly correlated.Conclusion：Family dynamics of patients with traumatic fracture was good,learned helplessness was low,family dynamics and learned helpless-ness was significance correlated,nurse in department of orthopedics should continue to play a good role in family in order to reduce learned helplessness of patients.
