微信在护理管理工作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨微信在护理管理中的应用效果。方法：将2013年12月～2014年12月我科护士40名随机等分成观察组和对照组，对照组进行传统管理模式进行科室管理，观察组建立了微信群，在微信群上传达护理新技术，护士长每日进行护理管理检查的反馈、院部的通知、护理部的考试等护理信息，辅助传统管理模式进行科室管理。比较两组护士考核成绩、发布信息所用时间、满意度等管理效果。结果：观察组的考核成绩、发布信息所用的时间、满意度均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：微信平台辅助护理管理工作节省了护理人员的时间、降低了管理成本，取得良好的管理效果。Objective：To investigate the effect of micro-message management in nursing management.Methods：40 nurses were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,the observation group tested by micro -message management model,and the control group used traditional management model.The author has established pediatric micro-message group in the sections,by which can send the messages including the new nursing technology,the notice of nursing management,the feedback of inspection from matron,announcements from the hospital and the examination of nursing,to auxiliary tradition-al management model for department management.Results：The examination results,time and effects for posting information and the satisfaction of the obser-vation group were all higher than the traditional management model（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Administrator can save time,reduce management costs achieve good management results by using micro-message platform auxiliary nursing management.
