摘 要:目的:探讨CPM机辅助功能锻炼在全膝关节置换术后患者中的应用及对术后关节活动度的影响。方法:选择2014年6~8月我科收治因重度骨关节炎行单侧全膝关节置换术65例患者为研究对象,采用信封抽签的方法随机分为A组20例、B组24例和c组21例。A组采用常规的早期康复训练未使用CPM机,B组在A组的基础上使用CPM机每日1次辅助功能锻炼,c组在A组的基础上使用CPM机每日2次辅助功能锻炼。比较3组患者的术后平均住院天数及出院时的关节活动度(ROM)。结果:3组患者术后平均住院天数比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);出院时3组间关节活动度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术后使用CPM机对患者出院时关节活动度有明显影响。Objective : To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training combined with continuous passive motion (CPM) on knee joint function after total knee arthreplasty. Methods :65 patients with unilateral total pnee repla cement were randomly divided into three groups. A group (n = 30 )and control B group ( n = 24 ), C group ( n = 21 ). the patients in the A group received routine early rehabilitation training. In addition, the patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation training with CPM machine, B group of functional exenise 1 time a day, C group of functional exerise 2 times a day. The range of motion was compared among the three groups. Results:The inhospital times of three groups were no statistically (P 〉 0.05 ), but the joint range of motion of three groups has statisticaly(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The early rehabilitation training combined with CPM cannot improve recovery of function of knee joint after TKA,
