摘 要:常见的圆规教具多为手动式,这种教具在使用中存在定心不准、画图不便、精度不高等诸多缺点.为此本设计团队设计了一种电动圆规方案来解决上述问题.该设计方案改变了以往教师手动画图的方式,采用减速电机来作为驱动力,画圆只需要调整好半径,定好圆心接通电源,圆就会自动绘出.本设计方案的产品上标有精确的刻度标值,相对于传统的教学圆规而言,能够较为精确的画出所需的直径尺寸的圆.Common teaching aid of compasses are all manual type,and this kind of teaching aid have many disadvantages such as inaccurate positioning,inconvenience drawing and low accuracy and so on. Therefore,the design team proposed a scheme of electric compass for solving this problem. This design has changed the traditional teaching way of manual drawing,and it adopts gear motor as the driving force. Drawing a circle only need to adjust the radius,set the center of the circle,switch on the power supply,and the circle will be automatically draw. The product of this design is marked with scale values accurately,compared with the traditional case of teaching compasses,the circle with the required size of the diameter could be accurately draw by using of this kind of electric compass.
