摘　　要：内着丝粒蛋白INCENP是染色体乘客蛋白复合体的主要成员,在有丝分裂和减数分裂过程中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明,INCENP对精子的功能有重要影响,与动物生殖密切相关。论文主要概述了INCENP的结构、功能及其与动植物精子发生相关性方面的研究进展,为生殖研究提供理论指导。As an important member of chromosomal passenger protein complex, inner centromere protein （INCENP） plays a significant role in mitosis and meiosis. Recent studies showed that INCENP displayed a major impact on sperm function and was closely related to animal reproduction. This paper summarized research progress in structure and function of INCENP as well as correlation with spermatogenesis, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for reproductive research.
