摘　　要：绿原酸属于有机酸类,是一种新型高效的酚型天然抗氧化剂。主要阐述了近年来绿原酸的提取工艺研究,对绿原酸不同提取工艺进行讨论,为之后绿原酸的相关研究及应用提供参考。Chlorogenic acid belongs to organic acid, it is also a new type of high efficient natural antioxidant phenolic type. This article mainly expounded the research that the extraction technology process of chlorogenic acid in recent years, extraction process of chlorogenic acid in different discussion,to provide reference for the research and application of chlorogenic acid.
