虫类药活血功效及抗肿瘤应用探析

摘　　要：仲景首开辨证论治配伍应用虫类中药先河,如今虫类药已广泛用于肿瘤的治疗。以虫类中药破血功效入手,结合肿瘤的病因病机,从破血生新提高免疫力、破血逐瘀改善微循环、破血攻毒促凋亡角度剖析其抗肿瘤功效,提出虫类中药抗肿瘤研究应深入到分子调控及其相互作用机制中。Zhang zhongjing,for the first time put forward with compatibility of syndrome differentiation and treatment applied to the insect TCM,nowadays insect TCM has been widely used in the treatment of tumor. This paper start with disintegrating blood stasis efficacy of the insect TCM and combined with the tumor pathogenesis, from activating blood circulation to rebirth, activating blood circulation and removing stasis,activating blood circulation counteracting toxic substances view to analysis its antitumor effect. Insect TCM anti-tumor research should go deep into the molecular regulation and their interaction mechanism.
