摘　　要：目的:探讨新加黄龙汤治疗老年性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取老年性肠梗阻患者58例,所有患者采用新加黄龙汤治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,58例患者中治愈40例(68.9%),好转11例(18.9%),无效7例(12.1%),总有效率为87.9%。结论:中医治疗粘连性肠梗阻能有效提高非手术治愈率,降低手术及复发率,缩短病程,疗效显著。新加黄龙汤治疗老年性肠梗阻疗效满意。Objective： to study the therapeutic effect of age-related intestinal obstruction. Methods： the new added Huang Long- tang treatment of intestinal obstruction in the elderly 58 patients, observation curative effect. Results： 58 patients were cured in 40 cases, accounting for 68.9 % ; Improvement in 11 cases, accounting for 18.9 % ; Invalid 7 cases 12.1%, The total effective rate 87. 9 %. Conclusion： TCM treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction can effectively improve the non-- surgical cure rate, reduce the surgery and the recurrence rate,shorten the course of the disease,curative effect is remarkable. This observation suggests that new Huang Longtang treatment of intestinal obstruction in the curative effect is satisfied.
