摘  要:目的:探讨接受体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕中男性染色体多态性对助孕结局的影响。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,比较男方染色体多态、女方染色体正常的不孕夫妇(染色体多态组132对)与无染色体核型异常的不孕夫妇(染色体正常组3386对)IVF/ICSI-ET助孕结局。结果:接受IVF-ET助孕者中,男性染色体多态组与染色体正常组的受精率(65.5%,67.9%)、卵裂率(98.7%,9.4%)、种植率(35.3%,34.5%)、临床妊娠率(55.1%,53.5%)、早产率(9.8%,8.9%)等指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接受ICSI-ET助孕者中,男性染色体多态组多原核受精率高于染色体正常组,差异有统计学意义(72.7%,70.1%)(P<0.05),其他结局包括卵裂率(97.4%,97.8%)、优质胚胎率(74.6%,77.2%)、种植率(35.4%,38.1%)、临床妊娠率(58.1%,58.6%)、早产率(8.3%,7.2)等指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:男性染色体多态性可能导致ICSI-ET中多原核受精率上升,但对IVF/ICSI-ET结局均无明显影响。Objective: To explore the effect of male chromosome polymorphism on ART. Methods: 3518 infertile cou- ples asked for ART treatment for the first time were recruited in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the karyotype: the research group, 132 couples with chromosome polymorphism from male; the control group, 3386 couples with normal karyotype. Results: There were no statistically significant difference in the cleavage rate(65.5% VS. 67.9%), high quality embryo rate(98.7% VS. 9.4%), implantation rate(35.3% VS. 34.5%), pregnancy rate(55. 1% VS. 53. 5 %) and early miscarriage rate(9. 8% VS. 8.9%) between the two groups (P〉0.05). But there was a higher polypronuclear rate in research group compared with control group among the patients undergo- ing ICSI-ET treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Chromosome polymorphism from male may increase polypronuclear rate, but appears to have no adverse effects on the other outcomes of IVF/ICSI-ET, such as cleavage rate,implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate.
