摘　　要：针对国内各地方电网公司电能质量分析系统高级应用的需求,解决电能质量监测数据格式相互不兼容的问题,并在IEEE1159.3标准的基础上,提出了一种关于电能质量数据通道定义和序列定义的标准规范。该标准规范可存储于数据库中形成电能质量检测数据一致性定义标准库,管理员可对该标准库进行自定义升级和维护;同时,还提出了一种基于该标准规范的检测方法,对各电能质量监测终端的PQDIF文件进行检测。由检测结果判断所检测的PQDIF文件是否符合标准规范,从而确定检测终端是否满足接入电能质量分析系统的条件。On the basis of IEEE1159.3, this paper proposes a standard format about channel definition and sequence of power quality data.It can meet the demand of power quality analysis system for advanced application all around the country.It can also solve the problem of power quality data format which is not compatible with each other. The standard format can be stored in the database and upgraded or maintained of by database administrator. At the same time, the paper puts forward a method of detection on the basis of the standard format to test PQDIF on each monitoring terminal. From the judgging form test result, It knows whether the PQDIF file is in accordance with the standards and whether the detection terminal is access to the power quality analysis system.
