摘　　要：本文为低能绝缘芯变压器型电子加速器研制了一套控制系统。该系统融合控制、通讯和电力电子等技术,以SIEMENS S7-1200系列PLC为核心控制器、HMI为上位机对装置实时监控。软件采用基于TIA平台的STEP7编写的梯形图控制程序,各子系统单独控制,且系统间设有安全联锁。采用基于TIA平台的WINCC组态人机交互界面,整个系统操作简便,易于测试、维护和扩展。整机经初步调试,可满足设计控制功能。The control system for an insulated core transformer （ICT） electron accelera- tor with low-energy was developed. The control, communication, power electronics and other technologies were applied in the control system. The main controller of the system is SIEMENS S7-1200 series PLC, and the HMI device is used to achieve the monitoring and control functions by the operator. Each subsystem is individually programmed by STEP7 software based on TIA, and various subsystems are interconnected by the safety interlock. HMI configurations are finished by WINCC software based on TIA, making the whole system easy to operate, test, maintain and upgrade. The control system can achieve the function design after initial testing.
