摘 要:在文化创意产业的领域中,艺术品产业处在核心的位置。它以独特的规律和广泛的影响,在世界范围内广受重视。主要发达国家以多个艺术品中心城市和相关政策,形成推动艺术品产业的动力和保障。中国自2011年以后成长为全球第二大艺术品市场,面临着发展艺术品产业的重要机遇。中国在"十三五"规划期间,应该设计系统性的艺术品产业发展战略,采取更有效的举措,包括完善艺术品全产业链,发展投资、创作、展览、交易、艺术授权、衍生开发和销售等环节,建设国家级的艺术品产业集聚区,完善艺术品产业政策体系等,以建设成为真正的世界艺术品产业强国。In the field of cultural creative industry, artwork industry is in the core position. Artwork industry has drawn worldwide attention owing to its unique rules and extensive effects. Major developed countries depend on several key artwork cities and related policies to form the power and guarantee of promoting artwork industry. China has been the second largest artwork market in the world since 2011, and is facing the important opportunity of developing artwork in- dustry. During the 13th Five-Year Plan, China should design the systematic artwork industry de- velopment strategy, and take a series of effective measures such as the improvement of artwork industry chain, including investment, creation, exhibition, trading, arts authorization, deriva- tive development and sales, the construction of several national artwork industry cluster parks and the perfection of artwork industry policy system, to make China a real global artwork indus- try power.
