摘　　要：从黑龙江省土地结构特性入手,深入分析了黑龙江省农村土地的自然属性和社会属性,进一步探索了黑龙江省农村土地所承载的社会使命。指出了黑龙江省进一步深化农村土地制度改革及新农村建设的特殊背景及前提条件,旨在为黑龙江省新农村建设规划的创建和经济发展模式的选择提供理论依据。The on the structure features of the Heilongjiang province land of in-depth analysis of the natural and social attributes of rural land in Heilongjiang Province, further exploration of the rural land in Heilongjiang Province by carrying the social mission. Pointing out that Heilongjiang Province, further deepen the reform of rural land system and the construction of new countryside special background and conditions, in nrder to provide a theoretical basis for the choice of mode of new rural area construction in Heilongjiang Province.
