摘　　要：由于我国自然保护区长期处于体制混乱、不受重视,资金不足等问题,以致影响我国自然保护区的发展。十八届三中全会中提出关于建立国家公园体制,是为了优化自然保护区的管理以及引导一个正确的方向。国外国家公园法律体系的完善激励,给予我国一个借鉴的方向。通过对我国国家公园法律制度现状进行分析,提出相关建议,诠释我国国家公园法律制度建立的可行性与必要性,建立一套符合国际趋势,有中国特色的国家公园立法体制。Because of the long-term in nature reserve now has the institutional chaos, neglected and undeffunded and other issues that affect the development of China＇s nature reserves. Eighteen Third Plenary Session of the ＂decision＂ made on the establishment of the National Park system in order to optimize the management of nature reserves and gulded in the right direction..Improve the incentive to .foreign legal systems National Park, giving our country a reference direction. Based on the current situation of China＇s legal system of national parks to analyze some suggestions to interpret the feasibility and necessity of the establishment of the legal system of the country park.
