摘 要:试验研究了压力和粒径两个加工参数对水葫芦颗粒燃料成型品质的影响。首先在原料湿度为12%,温度为100℃,粉碎机筛眼直径为2 mm的条件下,研究了压力的变化(29.9,59.7,89.6,119.4,149.3 MPa)对水葫芦颗粒燃料成型品质的影响;然后在压力为119.4 MPa,湿度为12%,温度为100℃的条件下,研究了粉碎机筛眼直径的变化(1,2,3,4,5 mm)对水葫芦颗粒燃料成型品质的影响。通过SPSS17.0回归分析,分别建立压力、粒径与水葫芦颗粒燃料的颗粒密度和径向抗压力的数学模型。研究结果表明,压力与颗粒密度和径向抗压力的回归关系是一元二次函数,而粒径与颗粒密度和径向抗压力的回归关系是对数函数。在上述条件下,当压力分别为126.5 MPa和123.2 MPa时,水葫芦颗粒燃料的颗粒密度和径向抗压力最高。Based on the experimental research, this paper studies the effects of the two processing parameters of pressure and particle size on the quality of water hyacinth pellet fuel. The effects of different pressures (29.9,59.7,89.6,119.4,149.3 MPa) on the quality of pellets fuel from water hyacinth are investigated under the conditions of the moisture content of 12% ,temperature of 100 and hammer mill screen size of 2 ram. The effects of different hammer mill screen sizes (1,2,3,4,5 mm)are also studied under the conditions of the pressure of 119.4 MPa,moisture content of 12% and temperature of 100 ~C. The mathematical models are established by SPSS 17.0 regression analysis. The results show that the regression relationship between the pressure and the pellet density and diametric compressing strength is quadratic function,and the regression relationships between the particle size and the pellet density and the diametric compressing strength is logarithmic function. The optimal pressures for the highest pellet density and diametric compressing strength of water hyacinth pellets are 126.5 MPa and 123.2 MPa respectively under the above conditions.
