摘 要:为了更好的开展普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)全光照扦插育苗,以岑软3号无性系为试材,研究插穗选择与处理对全光照扦插存活、生根和萌芽的影响。结果表明:粗、细插穗生根方面差异不显著,但粗插穗抽生新梢的长度、粗度和叶片数量分别达到11.19、0.19 cm和6.56片,均显著高于细的插穗;保留2片叶片的插穗,愈伤生根、存活和萌芽生长均显著优于保留半叶或单叶的插穗;插穗基部进行撕皮处理并不能促进生根,反而抑制了新梢的抽生。In order to develop cutting in full sunlight of Camellia oleifera better, selecting ' Cenruan 3' as the materials, the effect of chooses and treatments of cutting on survival, rooting and sprout was stud- ied. The results showed that there was no significant different in rooting between thick and thin cuttings. The length, thickness and leaf numbers during seedling sprouts reached 11.19 cm, 0. 19 cm and 6. 56 leaves respectively by the thick cuttings, which were obviously better than thin cuttings. Callus rooting, survival and seedling sprout in cutting with two leaves were much butter than cutting with one or half leaf. Peeling treatments of cutting base couldn' t promote rooting and inhibited the seedling sprout.
