细纱机后区压力棒位置对牵伸力的影响研究

摘  要:在分析牵伸力理论的基础上,研究了细纱机后区压力棒位置对牵伸力的影响。利用自主发明的牵伸力测试装置对压力棒不同位置的牵伸力进行了测试、计算与分析。研究结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,随着后区压力棒对纱条的下压,牵伸力呈明显增大趋势;压力棒越靠近前钳口,牵伸力越大,波动较大;压力棒越靠近后钳口,牵伸力稍有增大且波动较小。在后区压力棒牵伸生产实践中,压力棒应尽可能靠近后钳口,以使牵伸力波动较小。On the basis of analyzing the theory of drafting force, the influence of pressure bar on drafting force is analyzed. The drafting force in different position of pressure bar are measured and analyzed by the self- designed on-line device. The results indicate that drafting force increased obviously as the pressure bar moving down under the other conditions are constant; The bigger of the distance of the pressure bar from back jaw, the greater the drafting force and the fluctuation of drafting force~ The smaller of the distance of the pressure bar from back jaw, the smaller the increase of drafting force and the fluctuation of drafting force. In the production practice of the back pressure bar, the pressure bar should be as close to the back jaw so that the drafting force is less volatile.
