厦门国际信托公司转型发展的困境和对策

摘　　要：在我国信托业整体处于资产管理市场竞争加剧、打造金融控股集团和大规模增资扩股的大趋势下,厦门国际信托的转型发展面临着大股东实力较弱、可争取的其他金融牌照资源有限、助力地方经济的潜力尚未得到有效开发以及人力资源相对不足的发展困境。厦门国际信托应尽快启动增资,通过股权或结盟等方式争取全牌照资源,积极对接一带一路和福建自贸区建设,推动薪酬体系市场化建设,完成科学有效的转型,从而肩负起推动海西经济建设和巩固厦门两岸区域性金融服务中心地位的双重使命。The trust industry of China is experiencing fierce competition in the asset management market and the increase of financial holding groups and large？scale increase in capital and share. Xiamen International Trust Company is particularly in a dilemma of weak large shareholders, few other financial licenses as alternatives, insuficiently tapped potential to Xiamen＇s assistance and short？staffed for professionals. It is proposed that the Company should strive for effective and beneficial transformation by start of the capital and equity increase as soon as possible, competing for complete license resources by equity or alliance, getting connected with construction of One Belt＆amp;One Road and Fujian FTA, updating the pay system in line with the market practice, so that it will effectively help Haixi economic development and support Xiamen＇s role as the regional financial center across the Taiwan Straits.
