摘  要:单层平面索网玻璃幕墙结构是广泛应用于大型公共建筑中的一种新型结构形式。针对弹性边界索网中边界变形会显著影响索网初始状态的位形和索力的特点,提出并实现一种快速找形方法,即基于原长法的非线性迭代方法,其与ANSYS的对比分析表明,该方法计算效率高、找形结果精确。同时,通过倒拆和正装分析验证了该方法的正确性。施工过程误差分析表明,定长控制施工法的索力误差较大,但几何误差较小,主动索力控制法则相反。Single-layer cable net glass curtain is an advanced technique that has been widely used in public buildings.Configuration and cable force of initial state can be significantly affected by boundary deformation in cable net.A fast form-finding method was presented in this paper,it was a nonlinear iteration method based on unstressed length control method.Compared with ANSYS,this method was proved to be high efficiency and good accuracy.The correctness of this method was also verified by backward and forward analysis.Error analysis showed that cable force error is bigger in unstressed length control method,but geometric error is smaller.Cable force control method,by contrast,has bigger geometric error and smaller cable force error.
