摘　　要：针对中变炉筒体产生裂纹的问题,从设备使用、制造、设计等几个环节对裂纹产生的原因进行了排查分析,并根据分析结果采取了局部更换上段筒体、增设支承座垫板以及低应力处理等措施,取得了良好的效果。This paper analyzes the causes of cracks on MT shift converter from aspects of operation,manufacture and design. According to the analysis results,it also proposed measures such as: replacing the upper cylinder,adding bracket support pads and executing low stress treatment,therefore a good result has been achieved.
