摘 要:以自制硼酸锌作为阻燃协效剂,并将其加到超轻质植物纤维材料中,研究硼酸锌与氯化石蜡的协同阻燃效果.采用粒径分布、红外分析对硼酸锌进行表征,采用扫描电子显微镜、氧指数仪对阻燃样品进行分析.结果表明:该硼酸锌的粒径较小、分布集中在200-500 nm,为三硼氧配阴离子和四硼氧配阴离子聚合而成;硼酸锌与氯化石蜡在纤维材料中分散均匀,能较好地吸附在纤维表面;加入硼酸锌后材料的氧指数有所提高,并使纤维基材料的阻燃等级达到难燃,减少了20%氯化石蜡的使用量.因此,硼酸锌与氯化石蜡对超轻质植物纤维材料具有较好的协同阻燃效应.The synergistic flame retardant effects of chlorinated paraffin and zinc borate were studied,after homemade zinc borate( as flame retardant synergist) was added into lightweight plant fiber material. The zinc borate was characterized by particle size distribution and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,while flame retardant samples were also characterized by scanning electron microscope and oxygen index tester. The results showed the particle size of zinc borate,which was centralized at 200-500 nm,was small and polymerized by three boron oxygen anion and four boron oxygen anions. The zinc borate and chlorinated paraffin dispersed evenly in fiber material,and was adsorbed well on fiber surface. Oxygen index increased after adding zinc borate materials,and the usage of chlorinated paraffin decreased by 20% with the flame retardant grade of the material based on fiber of nonflammable. Therefore,zinc borate and chlorinated paraffin had better synergistic flame retardant effect on ultra-lightweight plant fiber material.
