摘　　要：文章通过构建医院后勤人力资本运营模型,分析天津滨海新区医院后勤人力资本存在问题,发现医院后勤人力资本存在结构不合理、激励不到位、渠道不畅通、管理不科学等问题,建议优化医院后勤人力资本组织结构、加强医院后勤人力资本保值增值、完善医院后勤人力资本晋升通道、建立有效激励机制、营造良好的运营环境。By building the model of logistic human capital operation in hospital we analyzed the existing problems of logistic human capital operations in Tianjin Binhai New Area Hospital, including irrational structure,inadequate incen- tives ,obstructed channels and unscientific management. The paper suggests to optimize the organization structure of lo- gistic human capital, strengthen its preservation and appreciation, improve the promotion channel, establish an effective incentive mechanism,and create a favorable operating environment.
