辅助捏握塑形泥MODULAN在麻风患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了53例麻风患者应用辅助捏握塑形泥Modulan的结果。应用工具15种649件,人均12.25件。使用者反映,塑形泥可加强手部功能的占100％,有隔热保护作用的占86％以上,认为简单、方便、耐用的占74％,接受率达95％。作者指出应用塑形泥的工具种类和数量与残疾程度和生活劳动能力的强弱密切相关。文中对应用方法作了说明。Modulan is a kind of plastics tha can be used for moulding the hand- les of tools according to the palm shape of a user. The authors present the results of using modulan for 53 patients with leprosy, covering 649 pieces of 15 kinds of tools for their life and labor, The users think that it can strengthen the functions of the hands in all users and it has the ef- fect of heat insulation and protection against scalding in 80%, It is sinple, convenient and durable to use in 74%. 95% of the users told that they are pleased with its use.
