摘　　要：实行共产党同党外代表人士的合作共事,是中国共产党长期坚持的一项基本政策,具有重大的战略意义。充分发挥党外代表人士在政治、经济、社会发展中的作用,是中国共产党的政治优势和优良传统。在新的历史时期,要加大党外代表人士培养、选拔、使用工作力度,努力培养造就一支自觉接受中国共产党领导、坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路、具有较强代表性和参政议政能力的党外代表人士队伍,不断推进中国共产党同党外代表人士的合作共事。It has been one of the basic long - term policies of the CPC to cooperate with non - Party representative figures, and is of great strategic significance. It is the CPC＇s political advantage and fine tradition to give full play to the roles of non - Party representative figures in political, economic and social development. In the new era, we need to strengthen the development, selection and employment of non - Party representative figures, strive to train and build up the ranks of non - Party representative figures who voluntarily accept the CPC ~ leadership, unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and are capable of participating in state affairs, thus facilitating the co- operation between the CPC and non- Party representative figures.
