摘　　要：社会-技术系统转型近年来引起了学者的关注,形成了多层次分析框架、转型管理等理论。多层次模型认为,社会-技术系统转型是宏观环境、现有体制、创新利基相互作用的结果;转型管理理论将社会-技术系统转型看成一个持续、渐进的过程,包括转型战略管理、转型策略管理和转型运作管理等层次。能源系统作为典型的社会-技术系统,是社会-技术系统转型研究的重点领域之一。国外关于社会-技术系统转型的研究成果和实践经验,为中国社会-技术系统转型带来了许多有益的经验和启示。Research on the socio-technical system transitions has increased rapidly in recent years, and formed some theoretical frame-works such as multi-level model and transition management.The studies about multi-level model indicated that the socio-technical system transition is the result of the interaction of landscape, socio-technical regime and niche.The socio-technical system transitions are regar-ded as a continuous and gradual process in the transition management theory, and transition management includes strategic manage-ment, tactical management and operational management.As a typical socio-technical system, energy system is one of the key areas in socio-technical system transition research.China can learn a lot from the research and practice of other countries in the socio-technical system transitions.
