摘　　要：油气勘查资质作为管理油气勘查活动主要行政抓手,对维护油气勘查秩序起到至关重要作用。但随着依法行政的持续推进,油气体制改革的不断深入,对油气勘查资质分类分级提出了新的修改完善要求。本文通过梳理我国油气勘查资质管理现状,总结出在申报维护中存在的法人单位名称不匹配、行业资格认定权力过大、职称技术专业宽泛、仪器设备标准滞后等方面问题,并提出细化资质标准类别、调整资质标准、完善分类分级、构建动态跟踪机制、加强监督检查等方面对策建议。As petroleum geological prospecting qualification being main administrative gripper of petroleum exploration activities, it is very important to maintain the order of petroleum exploration activities. But with moving forward of administration according to law, continuous deeper of petroleum system reform, which makes new request to modify and improve classification and grading of petroleum geological prospecting qualification. This paper analyzes current management situation of petroleum geological prospecting qualification, summarizes legal entity mismatching, oversizing industrial qualification, uncertainty in professional title specialization, equipment standard lagging in the application and preservation of petroleum geological prospecting qualification, provides relevant advice and suggestion, such as refining qualification standard, adjusting qualification standard, improving classification and grading, dynamic regulation system construction,reinforcing supervision and inspection.
