摘  要:长江经济带具有丰富的铜矿资源优势和巨大发展潜力,在我国铜矿产业发展格局中具有重要战略地位。因此在新形势下,谋划好长江经济带铜矿资源勘查开发及产业发展,对于保障我国铜矿资源安全供给,促进生态文明建设,具有重要意义。本文基于产业布局理论,系统梳理了长江经济带铜矿资源开发利用布局与产业结构的现状、特点,指出长江经济带铜矿资源产业存在产业结构不合理、企业规模总体较小,地质环境破坏严重等问题,提出应从优化铜矿勘查开发布局与结构、大力发展绿色矿业、推进上中下游产业协调发展三个方面优化长江经济带铜矿产业发展的思路建议。Yangtze River Economic Belt holds an important and strategic position in Chinese copper resources development because of its copper resources fertility for potential development. So in current situation, the planning of copper exploration, mining, and the development of downstream industry in Yangtze River Economic Belt is critical both for the secured supply of Chinese copper resources and for the ecological civilization construction. This paper, based on industry layout theory, systematically summaries the current situation and characteristics of copper industry layout and industry structure Yangtze River Economic Belt in terms of resources exploration,mining and utilization, and points out the problems existing in Yangtze River Economic Beltcooper exploration,mining and development including the improper industry structure,too small overall company size, and the serious damage to geological environment, and then proposes to optimize the copper industry development in Yangtze River Economic Belt in three aspects, including the optimization of copper exploration and mining structure, promote the green mining development,and to realize the coordinated development of upper,middle and downstream copper industry.
