摘 要:黄酮类化合物(flavonoids)是一类具有2-苯基色原酮(flavone)结构的化合物。它广泛地存在于自然植物中,以游离态或与糖结合为苷的形式存在,不仅数量种类繁多,而且结构类型复杂多样,表现出多种多样的药理活性,本次实验就醇提法和超声波法对四季菊中黄酮类化合物的提取效果进行比较,通过使用正交实验确定最佳提取条件。实验结果表明,超声波法的最佳提取条件为A2C3B2即超声时间为10min,乙醇的浓度为65%,料液比为1:12。The flavonoid(flavonoids) is a kind has 2- benzyl chromogen alkone(flavone) the structure compound. It widely exists in the natural vegetation,take free or with sugar union as glucoside form existence, not only quantity type many, moreover the structure type complex is diverse, displays the many and varied pharmacology activeness, This experiment the flavonoid withdraws the effect on the mellow formulation and the ultrasonic wave law to the four seasons chrysanthemum in to carry on the comparison, best withdraws the condition through the use orthogonal experiment determination. The test result indicated that, the ultrasonic wave method best withdraws the condition is the A2C3B2 namely supersonic time is 10 min, the ethyl alcohol density is 65%, expects the fluid ratio is 1: 12.
