摘  要:优质煤制气是煤制能源产品中能量利用率最高、单位热值成本最低、单位热值耗水量远低于煤制天然气的工业燃气。与燃料油相比能大幅度降低玻璃熔窑中硫氧化物、氮氧化物、烟尘的生成量及生产运行费用,污染物治理后的排放指标可与国际先进水平指标接轨,是有利于环境保护的工业燃气。我国玻璃工业大气污染物排放标准的制定应考虑从根源上杜绝数据造假,并在执行中从严,让造假受益者付出付不起的代价。High quality coal gas is a sort of highest efficient coal energy product with lowest unit cost of calorific value and much lower unit water consumption of calorific value than coal-based substitute natural gas. Compared with oil fuel the high quality coal gas can considerably reduce sulfur oxide,nitrogen oxide and smoke dust in the glass melting furnace and also reduce operation cost in glass production. The emission of pollutant can reach international advanced level,so the high quality coal gas is a kind of industrial fuel gas beneficial for environmental protection. The China specification of emission of air pollutant should prevent from false data from the source and let the counterfeiters pay the price who cannot afford.
