摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环管理对减少静脉置管患儿并发症的影响。方法选取进行静脉置管的患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组实行常规管理模式,试验组实行PDCA循环管理模式,比较2组患儿并发症发生率以及患儿及家长的护理满意度。结果试验组的并发症发生率(10.0%)明显低于对照组(36.0%),试验组护理满意度(94.0%)明显高于对照组(68.0%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可以有效减少静脉置管患儿并发症的发生,有利于患儿更好地进行疾病治疗。Objective To study the efficacy of PDCA cycle management for decreasing periph-eral venous catheter complications in children.Methods One hundred children with peripheral venous catheters were randomly assigned to receive either conventional management (control group,n=50)or PDCA cycle management(experimental group,n=50).The incidence of compli-cations and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results Com-pared with control group,PDCA cycle management significantly decreased the incidence of com-plications(10.0% vs 36.0%,P <0.05)and increased the satisfaction with nursing care(94.0% vs 68.0%,P < 0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management decreases peripheral venous catheter complications and contributes to the treatment of disease.
